It has 3 parts - a Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. (The intermediate & advanced parts aren't finished yet).
When I first got diagnosed with Cptsd/childhood trauma I got so overwhelmed with resources that I didn’t know where to start.
The aim of this is that you don’t have to think about where to start. I’ve sorted the information out in terms of understanding and readiness (how ready you/your body may feel to work through your trauma <3)
