Here’s a list of daily habits I’ve slowly implemented that have changed my life!
Since doing these I’ve been feeling so much freer and happier!
(These have helped my anxiety, ADHD and trauma/cptsd symptoms)
1.) Taking my daily vitamins! Especially vitamin B, which has helped my sleep a lot!
2.) Exercise (I still struggle to get myself to do this). Making it fun and interesting helps - I’ll listen to audiobooks, YouTube or even scroll through Tiktok while running around!
3.) TRE - trauma release exercises have helped me reconnect with my body and become attuned to how I'm feeling.
4.) Journalling! Yes, I recommend journaling. I used to despise it because of my perfectionistic tendencies and because my ADHD makes it hard for me to write as fast as my brain thinks. I have a journaling hack for this though - blog post coming soon!
